Renoasis is a homeowner-focused design-build company specializing in custom sunrooms and screen solutions. Established in 2020, we build on a family business history dating back to 2003 in windows, doors, exterior renovations, and industry consulting.
Our purpose: to create spaces that connect people with the outdoors and improve how they live at home.
Our mission: to design and build custom sunrooms and screen solutions that support outdoor connection, relaxation, and comfort — through thoughtful design, in-house engineering, craftsmanship, and client partnership.
Our vision: to be the trusted name in custom sunrooms and screen solutions, helping people connect with the outdoors and live better at home.
Designed by an Engineer, Built by Craftsmen
Renoasis was founded by a structural engineer with over a decade of experience. That engineering foundation runs through everything we do:
- Buildable by design — every project is engineered to be practical, durable, and achievable.
- Permitted with confidence — we produce in-house engineering drawings that move smoothly through approvals.
- Warrantied for real — we stand behind our work long after the build is done.

How We Work
- Thoughtful design — every space should reflect the home, the needs of the client, and the way it will actually be used.
- Craftsmanship — quality in every joint, seal, and finish.
- Client partnership — we listen first, then design around your home and how you live.
A Store with a Story
In April 2025 we moved into our Bradford showroom — a landmark building from circa 1850 that began life as the W.J. Chantler General Store. Our roots run deep: from a family windows business founded in 2003, through Lifestyle Oasis in 2014, to Renoasis in 2020 when we set out to build a different kind of renovation company — one where engineering comes first.
Today, Renoasis serves homeowners across the region from our historic Bradford home, designing and building custom sunrooms, screen rooms, and outdoor living spaces.
