Renoasis Ltd. (“Renoasis”, “we”, “us”) operates this online store at renoasis.ca. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you shop with us, why, and what your rights are. We follow Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect and why
- Order information — your name, billing and delivery addresses, email, and phone number. We use it to process and deliver your order, arrange pickup, contact you about your order, and keep the sales and tax records the law requires.
- Payment information — card payments are processed by our payment provider. Your card number goes directly to the provider; we never see or store your full card number. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits for our records.
- Custom-size requests — if you use our custom-size form, we collect your name, email, phone, and the project details you give us, so we can quote and follow up.
- Website data — our site uses cookies and similar tools needed for the store to work (cart, checkout, security) and basic analytics that help us understand how the store is used. You can block cookies in your browser; the store may not check out properly without the essential ones.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for marketing unless you have agreed to hear from us, and any marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to run the store:
- Our payment provider, to process your payment.
- Delivery services, to get your order to you.
- Sunspace, the manufacturer — for made-to-order products and warranty service, we share the order details (including the install address shown on the order).
- Service providers who run parts of our website, email, and lead management, under their own privacy and security terms. Some of our service providers process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and tax records are kept for as long as Canadian tax law requires (generally at least six years). Custom-size inquiries that don’t become orders are kept for up to two years.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for the information in our care, including encrypted checkout. No online system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it to serve you.
Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask questions about how it’s handled. Contact us at kevin@renoasis.ca or 905-726-4349 and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you are not satisfied with our response.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
