Our webstore sells standard-size WeatherMaster windows and doors, supply-only. Everything below applies to online orders placed through renoasis.ca.
Damaged or wrong on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, or we sent the wrong size or product, tell us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and send photos of the damage and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you in full — your choice — and we cover the return shipping. You do not need to return the damaged item unless we ask.
In-stock sizes — 30-day returns
Products marked “In stock in Bradford” on our site can be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.
- A 15% restocking fee applies.
- The original delivery fee is non-refundable.
- Bring the item back to our Bradford pickup location free, or we can collect it — return collection is charged at our standard $250 + HST van rate.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item passes inspection in Bradford.
Made-to-order sizes — final sale
Sizes marked “Made to order” are built for your order and cannot be resold, so they are final sale once production begins. You can cancel free of charge within 48 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
Cancellations
Cancel any order before it leaves our hands and you get a full refund — no fee, no questions.
How refunds work
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (or immediately, for cancellations and damage claims).
What this doesn’t cover
- Products that have been installed, cut, painted, or modified.
- Installation itself — our products are supply-only. Manufacturing defects are covered separately under the product warranty; installation problems are not returnable under this policy.
- Delivery outside our service area is not offered, so it can’t generate a return.
