Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else — just ask us.

How much does a sunroom cost?

Every project is custom — size, design, glass, roof and site conditions all affect the price. That’s why we don’t publish ballpark numbers that would only mislead you. What we do offer is a free, no-obligation quote: we visit your home, listen to what you want, and give you a clear fixed price.

Do you provide free quotes?

Yes. Every project starts with a free, no-obligation consultation and quote at your home.

Do you handle building permits?

Yes. Because we’re led by a structural engineer, we produce permit-ready drawings in-house and handle the permit process for you.

How long does a typical project take?

Most projects run 3–4 months from signed contract to completion, depending on the permit timeline. With your quote, we’ll give you a clear schedule — and we keep you updated at every stage until final walkthrough.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in Bradford, Ontario and serve York Region, Simcoe County and the Greater Toronto Area.

Can you build in winter?

Yes — we build year-round. Off-season bookings often move faster, so winter can be a great time to start.

What’s the difference between a 3-season and a year-round sunroom?

A 3-season sunroom is designed for comfortable use spring through fall. With added heating and insulation options, many of our sunrooms can be enjoyed year-round — we’ll design around how you want to use the space.

Do I have to choose Sunspace products?

No. As a Sunspace dealer we supply and install the full Sunspace line — sunrooms, WeatherMaster windows and doors, patio covers, screens and railings — but we’re also a custom design-build company. If your project calls for something bespoke, we design and engineer it ourselves.
