Supply only
All products are sold supply only. Installation is not included and is not part of any online order. If you need installation, contact us about our regular installation services — that is a separate arrangement.
Who we sell and deliver to
We deliver only within our service area: Toronto; York Region; Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon); Bradford West Gwillimbury, Innisfil, New Tecumseth, and Adjala-Tosorontio; Orangeville, Mono, Mulmur, and East Garafraxa; northern Halton Hills; and Uxbridge. Orders for delivery outside this area can’t be placed. You may also pick up your order free of charge at our Bradford location.
Products and sizes
Products are Sunspace WeatherMaster windows and Cabana doors in standard sizes. Product images are technical drawings showing the window configuration; photos of installed products are on the shop page. The listed size is the rough opening size. Windows are built 1/4 inch smaller than the listed size in both width and height; doors are built 1/4 inch narrower and 1/8 inch shorter, so the unit fits the opening with room to shim and seal. Every product page states the actual unit size and the rough opening. Measuring your opening is your responsibility — please measure carefully before ordering.
Prices and taxes
Prices are in Canadian dollars, before tax. HST (13%, Ontario) is added at checkout on products and on delivery. If a price is shown incorrectly due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full; we will contact you first.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation email. Payment is due in full at checkout. Made-to-order products go into production after payment; the 48-hour free-cancellation window in our Returns policy runs from the time you place the order.
Delivery and pickup
- Products marked “In stock in Bradford” are available for pickup, usually within the same week.
- Products marked “Made to order” are built to order and are generally ready in 5–6 weeks. Any timing we give is an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Delivery within our service area is a flat $250 + HST per order. We will contact you to arrange a delivery time. Please make sure someone is available to receive the order and that there is safe access for unloading.
- Title and risk pass to you on delivery or pickup.
Returns and cancellations
Our Returns policy is part of these terms. In short: in-stock products can be returned within 30 days, unused, uninstalled, and undamaged, with a 15% restocking fee and the original delivery fee non-refundable; made-to-order products are final sale once production begins, with free cancellation within 48 hours of ordering; damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded in full at our cost.
Warranty
Products carry the Sunspace manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Because products are supply only, this warranty covers the product itself — it does not cover installation, or problems caused by installation, by openings that are out of square or improperly prepared, or by misuse. This warranty is in addition to any rights you have under Ontario law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, project delays or lost income). Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including under Ontario’s Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may update these terms; the version posted when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
